Sur Le Pont D'Avignon

Description "Sur Le Pont D'Avignon"

This is a traditional French song about dancing on the bridge in Avignon. The bridge spanned the river Rhône for hundreds of years until its collapse in 1669. It is a very lively piece with lots of attack in the melody.
